Why we gather
Some questions need
a different table.
The business is growing. The decisions are getting heavier. The circle around you should grow stronger, too.
Your team sees the day-to-day. Your family sees what it costs you. Other owners bring a perspective that is harder to find: they understand what it means to make the call and live with the result.
Bibeka Circles brings that perspective together with structured business thinking. Each meeting starts with one useful concept and moves into the questions that matter to the people in the room.
Learn something useful.
A focused masterclass on the numbers, systems, or strategic choices behind a stronger business.
Think it through.
Bring a real decision. Hear how other operators see it. Leave with a clearer next step.
Keep the connection.
Return to the same people. Make thoughtful introductions. Build trust over more than one conversation.
The people in the room
Experience to share.
Curiosity to keep learning.
You run an operating business. You make decisions about its people, money, or direction. And you value a conversation where everyone brings something to the table.
We consider business stage, the questions you are working through, and what you can contribute. Company size is part of the context; it is not the whole story.
- You have a real business question.A pricing decision. A growth constraint. A system that is no longer working.
- You can contribute from experience.Something you have built, learned, changed, or learned the hard way.
- You are open to a different view. You listen carefully, ask useful questions, and make room for others.
- You will show up for the group.Come prepared, attend the full session, and respect what others share.
Each circle brings together five owners from unrelated businesses, selected for relevant experience and different perspectives.
Your introduction to the circle
Start with a problem
worth solving.
One concept. Real applications.
An introductory session · Financial intelligence
The business is busy.
Where is the profit going?
This is generally the first session we invite you to. We explore the gap between activity, margin, and cash—and how to decide what deserves your attention first.
If you enjoy the experience, complete the interest form shared after the session. We will then send you invitations to curated sessions matched to your interests. These sessions are shared privately with invited participants and are not publicly announced.
What you will work through
- How to distinguish a cash-flow problem from a margin problem.
- Where pricing, customer mix, and operating habits can hide profit leaks.
- A simple framework for choosing the first thing to investigate in your own business.
Inside a circle

Share what you need and what you can offer another owner.

Leave with one action to take before the next meeting.
Beyond the first meeting
Your first conversation.

One good conversation can change a decision. If the introductory session is useful to you, tell us what you would like to explore next.
Complete the interest form shared after your first session. We will use your interests and business context to curate invitations to further sessions. The topics, dates, and participant groups are shared privately rather than announced publicly.
Tell us what interests you.
After the introductory session, share the topics and business questions you would like to explore through the interest form.
Receive a considered invitation.
We will send you details of curated, non-publicly announced sessions relevant to your interests, with five owners from unrelated businesses.
Keep building the connection.
Continue learning with thoughtful owners and request useful introductions. Contact details are shared only with permission.

Join an introductory session
Tell us what
you are working on.
Start with an introductory session. Share a little about your business, the decision ahead of you, and the perspective you would bring to a group of five owners from unrelated businesses.
What happens next.
- We review your application for fit with an introductory group.
- We may arrange a short conversation to understand what you are looking for.
- Selected participants receive the introductory session details before confirming. After attending, you can complete an interest form for future private invitations.
If another group or a later topic is a better fit, we will let you know. Your application is reviewed privately; it does not create a public profile.
A few practical questions
Before you
take a seat.
Is participation really free?
Yes. Participation is absolutely free, including the introductory session and the curated sessions you are invited to. Your time and commitment are very important to us: please come prepared, attend the full session you confirm, and give others the same attention you would like to receive.
Do I need to be a Bibeka client?
No. The circle is open to owners whose experience and current questions fit the group. It is a way to learn with peers and get to know how Bibeka approaches business decisions. Any advisory work is a separate, optional engagement.
Are the meetings held on Zoom?
Yes—almost all meetings are curated Zoom sessions. We select the topic and participants, prepare a focused presentation, and make room for moderated discussion and peer connections. Your invitation will include the date, time, time zone, and joining details. If a session uses a different format, we will make that clear in the invitation.
How are participants selected?
We look at your role in the business, the questions you are working on, the experience you can share, and your availability. Each moderated group brings together five owners from unrelated businesses.
How do I receive invitations after my first session?
If you enjoy your introductory session, complete the interest form shared afterward. We will send you information and invitations for curated sessions relevant to your interests. These sessions are not publicly announced. You can also request introductions to other participants, with contact details shared only by mutual agreement.
Will we discuss confidential financial information?
You decide what to share. You can describe a situation without naming customers, employees, or sensitive figures. Peer discussions are not recorded, and participants agree to respect confidentiality. Questions requiring a detailed review of your records belong in a separate private engagement.
Some questions deserve a conversation of their own.
If your business needs a closer look now, we can start there. Talk to Jasneet about tax, profitability, growth, or the decision you need to make next.
